On a summer day, a forest and a field in the west of the country were the spectators of an unusual scene. The re-enactment of Mircea the Elder’s return from a conversation with Baiazid.

The video production was a real cinematographic feast, using authentic horses, horsemen and costumes. Even the arms were replicas of the arms used in those days. There was also built a real tent in the field that created a camp scene, using SGI techniques. After the shots on the open ground, followed the scenes with Baiazid. The scenes of the last part were shot at a hotel, in a Turkish bathroom.

Some of video’s heroes were the horses. For them and for their patience we have to thank to the horsemanship club. The filming lasted all day long.

The video is part of the international Call Romania campaign. It wants to transmit that International Roaming is out-of-date. Now exists Call Romania. It is an application that allows you to make calls anywhere in the world, at local rates. Furthermore, being dedicated to Romanians who live abroad, the film symbolism (Wallachia) was welcome. Call Romania application has a real success among the Romanians who live in foreign countries.
