Shan’shi: The secret of Asian food

Shan’shi commercial was a real challenge. From the actor’s gestures to the music of the video. We remember that one of the challenges was the shirt scene. From one gesture, the main character had to “turn himself”. We wanted an authentic effect, therefore, a shirt was sacrificed in the name of art and it was made so that it could be removed from only one gesture, don’t being necessary to use 3D special effects.

The master’s gestures turned themselves in actions on the ingredients, especially the vegetables from the table. We have studied Kung Fu movements and we have chosen hand gestures that add authenticity to this video.

The video was launched within a successful campaign “Which is the secret of Asian food?” and it had from the first days hundreds of views. The campaign was created in order to raise the market share of Shan’shi products in Romania through the public’s awareness about the simplicity of Asian food. As Mediterranean food is very beloved by Romanians because it is easy to prepare, so the Asian food has no more secrets. Beginning with 2016.
